ABOUT
Dr. Constança Sepúlveda – Clinical Director
Graduated from the University of Évora in 2005, followed by a residency in equine clinical care and surgery at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Postgraduate in Equine Clinical Care and Surgery from the University of Barcelona.
Constança has been working in equine mobile veterinary care in Portugal since then, with special interest in general medicine, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and pre-purchase exams.
She served as the team veterinarian for Portugal's junior and young rider endurance team and frequently serves in endurance competitions and championships both in Portugal and abroad.
She is now the clinical lead at Horse Care Equine Medicine.
ABOUT
Dr. Margarida Resende
Graduated from the University of Lisbon in 2019 and completed internships in equine clinical care and surgery at Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center (California), Rossdales Equine Surgery (UK), and the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
After working at the Alter Stud Farm and an equine reproduction center in Ribatejo, she specialized in reproductive medicine while continuing mobile veterinary care for horses.
Margarida’s main areas of interest are Reproductive Medicine, Neonatology, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, and Emergency Care.
She is a valued member of the clinical team at Horse Care Equine Medicine.
